S&S Builders & Contractors was founded in 1982 by Mr. Sharmiel Salie with the intention to provide a small to medium service in mostly the building and alteration market. 

We focussed our attention on alterations, additions, enclosures, bathroom and kitchen revamps, boundary walls, etc. Mostly the things that was too small for the larger building companies to do. 

This market expanded more than 200% over the last 30 years and today we have a very strong foothold in the alteration and additions market in the greater Cape Town area.
